Culinary Tent

A wide variety of celebrity, regional and local chefs share mushroom recipes and tips for cooking with mushrooms on the Giorgi Kitchen Stage in the Culinary Tent on Broad Street.

Location: Broad Street, next to the Growers’ Exhibit

Saturday, September 9

  • 1 to 3 pm: James Beard Foundation Blended Burger Project – meet three chefs from the 2017 Blended Burger Project and sample their burgers.
  • 4:30: Ray Maxwell, owner and master chef, Brown Derby

Sunday, September 10

  • Noon- Barry Crumlich, Pennsylvania Governor’s Executive Chef
  • 2 pm: Jim Del Vescovo, owner and chef, Aurora Pizza Kitchen, Jennersville, Pa.
  • 3:15 pm: Jim Berman, Executive chef Grain Craft Bar and Kitchen, Kennett Square , Pa.
