The Mushroom Festival 25th Anniversary Commemorative Cookbook has over 100 pages of mushroom recipes from appetizers, to soups, salads, sides, main dishes, and even desserts. Recipes were collected from all around the Kennett Square region from people who love to cook including local chefs, mushroom growers family recipes and even a few of our celebrity chefs from over the years. Included are the six recipes made by the finalists in the 25th Mushroom Festival’s Amateur Mushroom Soup Cook-off.
