Thousands flocked to Kennett Square for the 31st Annual Mushroom Festival in 2016. Visitors from our town, the region, across the country and even around the world had a great time strolling the Street Fair and experiencing this annual Kennett Square event in the Mushroom Capital of the World. Plans are underway for another even bigger and better Mushroom Festival as we host our 32nd Annual event.
Below are the 2017 Mushroom Festival Vendor Applications. Please read them carefully and submit all required items to be considered for a vendor spot during our 32nd Annual Mushroom Festival on September 9 and 10, 2017.
NEW THIS YEAR — No Food Vendor applications will be accepted after August 1, 2017. The deadline for all other categories is August 15, 2017, or until spaces are filled.
Late fees are applied for applications received after July 1, 2017.
If you are interested in participating, we suggest you submit your application as early as possible.Some categories, such as jewelry and women’s accessories, are filled by May (or even sooner). Get your application in ASAP!

Which application should you submit? Explanations of the four categories are below.
Craft vendors must actually be selling their product at the Festival. Vendors selling food products to take home are considered craft vendors. Sampling of products is allowed, but may require a Chester County Health department Certificate.
Food vendors prepare and sell food for consumption at the Festival. We are looking for quality food vendors, with preference to those who feature mushrooms on their menus. Food vendors must have a Certificate of Insurance naming the Mushroom Festival as additionally insured. Food vendors also must have a Pennsylvania Health Department Certificate.
Promotional Vendors are those who market their product, business or services only and are not selling an item at the Festival. Promotional Vendor spaces are located on the side streets of Meredith and S. Union.
Premium Promotional Vendors
Premium Promotional Vendors are located in premium locations along State Street, the main Festival boulevard. Premium Promotional Vendors are those businesses who market their products or services only and are not selling at item at the Festival. A limited number of these spaces are available.
