Yes. The Festival runs rain or shine. Some outdoor activities may be adjusted in the event of severe weather for safety.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, pets are not permitted within the festival grounds.

 

 

The following parking locations are officially supported by The Mushroom Festival:

• Kennett High School – 100 E South St, Kennett Square, PA 19348
• Chatham Financial – Additional parking with handicap accessible access
235 White Horse Lane, Kennett Square, PA 19348

Note: Shuttles Running


Additional Parking (Not Operated by The Mushroom Festival)

Additional parking may also be available at the following independently operated locations:

• Kennett Square Parking Garage
• YMCA Parking Lot

Parking fees associated with independently operated locations are managed separately and do not support The Mushroom Festival.

Tickets are purchased at entry points day of the festival.

Entry to the Mushroom Festival is $5.00 per person and includes access for both festival days. Festival-goers will receive a wristband that must be worn for admission. Cash & Venmo only.

Yes. The Festival is designed for all ages, with activities, entertainment, and food options suitable for families.

Vendors, Sponsors & More FAQs

Vendor applications typically close several weeks before the Festival date. Exact deadlines are posted on the official application page each year.

Applicants are usually notified within 2–4 weeks after submission, depending on volume.

Vendors are required to carry general liability insurance and may need to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Festival as additionally insured.

Sponsorship packages are available at multiple levels, offering branding, booth space, and promotional benefits. Interested sponsors should contact the Festival team directly.
